Everyone at one point or another has sat down with an owner's manual and scratched our head while it was cocked slightly to the side wondering if the people who actually wrote the manual even understood it themselves. The problem tends to be long drawn out sentences of technical jargon that no one understands, we lose interest, put the manual down and walk away. This situation leaves us not fully understanding our fancy new toys and all of the wonderful things they can actually do.
